Attic Ladder Brisbane

Job: Create a storage area in the roof space of a carport, with access via an attic ladder in Brisbane.

These clients needed additional storage for items such as camping and sporting gear. They liked the concept of attic storage, however had a slightly different idea. They wanted to use the roof space of their carport for storage as it would be easy access and storage right near their car.

Our consultant visited to conduct a measure and quote. It was decided that 10m2 of storage flooring was achievable giving the clients the best use of the space. They also chose the Nordic Performance Pine ladder as it is a very good quality, strong, yet budget ladder that has a 160kg load capacity.

In less than a day our fully qualified carpenters installed the ladder and the storage flooring, allowing a 75kg per m2 storage capacity. The clients were very happy with the convenience of their new space.
