These clients are having their house renovated and required additional light and ventilation in one of the newly renovated rooms. They chose to go with the largest size Fakro Skylight which is a huge 1174mm x 1153mm. For the purpose of convenience, they decided on the electric opening model which is operated by a remote control. What is very special about the Fakro electric opening skylight, is that when it detects moisture, such as rain, it automatically closes. Therefore there is no need to stress if you accidentally go out and leave it open.

The Columbus Flat Roof is a concertina style ladder designed with a metal external trap to allow easy rooftop access to flat roofs. They liked the natural light they got from the glass skylight that you don’t get with other skylight products, so when considering their skylight options they chose to stick with the glass style.

These clients needed additional storage for items such as camping and sporting gear. They liked the concept of attic storage, however had a slightly different idea. They wanted to use the roof space of their carport for storage as it would be easy access and storage right near their car.

Our consultant visited to conduct a measure and quote. It was decided that 10m2 of storage flooring was achievable giving the clients the best use of the space. They also chose the Nordic Performance Pine ladder as it is a very good quality, strong, yet budget ladder that has a 160kg load capacity.
