We’ve been in operation since 2014, and we’ve had the privilege of completing some truly incredible deluxe attic loft conversions and working with homeowners all across Brisbane.

Attic loft conversion #1: Holland Park West
This Holland Park West family dreamt of extra space—daughters in need of a study area, and Mum yearning for a sewing and yoga retreat.
Our team worked their magic in this vast 80m² conversion, decking it out with seven generous attic windows featuring blinds and insect screens.
Attic loft conversion #2: Karalee
This one will make your heart melt. Karalee homeowners Luke and Gail, wanted to surprise the kids with new bedrooms for Christmas.
While the kids were spending their school holidays elsewhere, the Roof Space team got to work transforming the roof into a 25m2 space for two bedrooms.
It’s safe to say they were absolutely ecstatic! The couple even sent us a video reveal of the kids reacting to the bedrooms for the first time.
Here’s what the Gail and Luke had to say about working with Roof Space Renovators:
“After researching numerous options over a year to add an extra bedroom to our house, we finally chose to build a deluxe storage room with Roof Space Renovators. Admittedly, we were a little scared at the thought of having a large hole cut open in the middle of our living/kitchen/dining area – however this option seemed like the best by far with respect to price, usability, resale value and build time.
Throughout the entire process, Andrew and his team were wonderful to deal with. Their level of customer service and workmanship was second to none and not something you see very often nowadays.
We particularly liked how Andrew, John (the builder) and the engineer attended site and consulted with us to find a suitable solution to turning the space into two bedrooms instead of one. Once resolved, the build commenced a couple of weeks later, with the entire project (inclusive of our engaged trades, flooring, painting, aircon install) being finished in 3 weeks and just before Christmas. We could not believe how perfectly everything went!
Now several weeks later, the kids are loving their new bedrooms, and we have a spare room for guests (or storage).
In addition to the premium storage room, Roof Space Renovators also installed a skylight as part of the above project. It has made such a difference to our home office. Previously a very dark room, which required lights on at all times, it is now bright and fantastic to work in. No more sore eyes!

Attic loft conversion #3: Elanora
Enter a family of eight crammed into a three-bedroom townhouse, desperate for more space. Cue Roof Space to the rescue!
Now, the family enjoy an extra 40m2 of living space accessed via a fixed, white, powder-coated access ladder. Two attic windows with blinds and insect screens were also installed.

Attic loft conversion #4: St Lucia
This one’s a slow burn—quoted in 2016, the homeowners came back to us in 2020 to proceed.
The result? A sprawling 36m² open space illuminated by five large attic windows. Perfect for games nights and worth the wait!
Attic loft conversion #5: New Farm
This one is the baby of all our attic conversions at just 10m2. It’s smaller than the rest but purpose built and more than adequate for the hobby/study room the homeowner wanted. Complete with bright attic windows and easy-access attic ladder, this small space packs a punch
