In addition, the attic ladder was conveniently able to neatly fit in the same position as the existing manhole.

In total, this happy homeowner gained 35m2 of basic storage area within his roof space, easily accessed via an Attic Ladder, with a storage capacity of 75kg per m2 (as per engineers specifications).
