For this client, the plan is to use the extra room to store his elderly Mothers belongings when she moves in. With the extra person going to be living in the house, they needed to find a storage solution for the belongings that she could not part with following her downsized living arrangements. She also wanted to be able to access these items quite regularly, so was not keen on renting a storage shed or container.

Due to the regularity they expected to be accessing the room and the nature of the items being stored, this client opted for a large 20m2 Dust Proof Storage Room, with extras such as a solar whiz to keep the room cool and powerpoints and LED lights for convenience. The client chose the top of the range Stairladder Deluxe Wide (880mm wide) attic ladder which is the easiest and safest ladder on the market to use. Needless to say, the client and his Mother were extremely happy with the end result.
