These clients were searching for an in-home storage solution to store their occasional use items. Basic attic storage Brisbane offers a safe and easy-to-access home storage option, which we presented to these clients.

The consultant checked the roof space and established it was ideal for storage. Unfortunately there were some electrical cables and some plumbing running through the highest part of the roof space, therefore an electrician and plumber was required to clear the space before the storage flooring could be installed. This did mean additional costs, however the clients decided gaining the additional space outweighed these extra costs so were happy to move forward with our quote.

A couple of weeks later we were back to install one of our quality access ladders into the ceiling along with 18m2 of storage flooring, allowing the clients to store up to 75kg per m2 plus occassional foot traffic. The clients are now able to de-clutter and hide away their occasional use items easily and securely within their own home.
