These clients required a hidden storage solution for their occasional use items. Rather than rent a storage shed or container, these clients decided to allow Roof Space Renovators’ to create a storage solution right above their heads. Roof Space Storage is safely and easily accessed via an attic ladder within your own home and completely out of sight. The best part is, it is making use of space you already have.

These clients opted for the Upgrade Ladder as it is an easy to use, spring loaded, high quality ladder with a 60° ladder angle, meaning the ladder is on a nice gentle slope for them to climb. It has deep treads and a hefty 220kg tested weight load capacity, portraying the ladders quality. The ladder + 10m2 storage flooring allowing for 75kg of storage per m2, gave this couple their perfect out of sight – out of mind storage facility.

Upon visiting these clients following the installation, they happily posed for a photo and stated ‘every house should have one of these!’ We think so too 🙂
