Description: This client had a small walk in robe with a door that lead into the roof space of his unit. The client was well aware of the wasted space beyond the door, however hadn’t given it a thought until he seen our ‘Roof Space Renovators’ advert in a local directory.

Our consultant worked with the client to design the robe. Roof Space Renovators’ engaged an engineer to provide us with comprehensive instructions regarding the renovation to ensure the structural integrity of the building remained.

These clients required additional space for their growing family. They desired a room for their guests to stay including a space to use their fitness equipment and for their children’s toys. Due to having only a small house block, extending outwards was not an option. However, they had a huge unused roof space and it didn’t take them long to establish that the only way was up!
