Job: To supply and install two Fakro roof window style skylights in the kitchen / dining area of the home.

Location: Wavell Heights

This home required more light in the kitchen / dining area. The owners wanted natural light and for the skylights to be visually appealing. They chose the Fakro brand of skylights for their strength and durability and they opted to have the skylights installed on opposite sides of the top ridge with one massive shaft for the aesthetic appeal. The home already had plenty of ventilation so they decided upon fixed (non-opening) skylights.

Electric Opening Skylight Gold Coast

Job: Supply & install a large electric opening skylight into corrugated iron roof.

Location: Mt Nathan

These clients are having their house renovated and required additional light and ventilation in one of the newly renovated rooms. They chose to go with the largest size Fakro Skylight which is a huge 1174mm x 1153mm. For the purpose of convenience, they decided on the electric opening model which is operated by a remote control. What is very special about the Fakro electric opening skylight, is that when it detects moisture, such as rain, it automatically closes. Therefore there is no need to stress if you accidentally go out and leave it open.

Skylights Gold Coast

Job: To lighten up the living room by allowing natural light to enter when desired and to be able to block out the light when not desired.

Location: Robina

The living area of these clients home was rather dark. They already had a glass skylight in their kitchen, which was installed many years ago, prior to them owning the house. They liked the natural light they got from the glass skylight that you don’t get with other skylight products, so when considering their skylight options they chose to stick with the glass style.

Job: To bring natural light into a dark dining area.

Location: Heritage Park.

Due to the layout of this home, the dining area was left with very limited natural light. The positioning of the patio area meant that it absorbed all the light, leaving the dining room beyond, dark.

Roof Space Renovators’ were engaged to lighten up this dark space with our ‘roof window’ style skylights. Our glass skylights not only bring in the natural light, but are a beautiful feature in the home. Exactly what our client desired.
